18th February 2007 - CNY Eve/Louisa's Graduation/Ruby Room

For CNY eve this year, we had dinner at a family friend's cafe in East Perth. 'Cafe Latay' - being their last name 'Tay' like ours.. haha. Dinner was potluck and was pretty tasty and the cafe was nice too. However, I got to leave early on my excuse of Lou's graduation.. no more 'Aww look at you, so big now. I hardly recognised you!!' or 'Wah.. look how much you've grown, so pretty.. you look like your sister..oh but you are you, and you have your OWN look'.. erm yeh thanks.

Ok.. so on to Lou's grad.. we were suppose to head down to Curtin at 10 but by the time we got there, her graduation had finished so we just returned her gown and took a few pics.. in the carpark? Not very flattering pics..u know with the white car bay lines and all.. so i didn't put those up :P Next we headed out to Ruby Room...where we waited in line for over an hour! By one hour we were nearrrrly.. at the door so we weren't gonna go anywhere else. Overall.. had a few drinks.. and dances.. ah hem.. and was a good night.. despite a few little misunderstandings.. right all? =D i hope so anyway.. haha

Linda's 22nd Birthday - Sunday 21st January, 2007

For Linda's birthday this year she decided to have themed 1920's afternoon do. After all the fretting everybody actually got an outfit.. and yes..i my dress makes me look pregnant & if u didn't notice it yet.. i got told i looked like pocahontis.. :S not quite the theme i was hoping for? But it was a good/hottish afternoon of chatting and getting confused watching people play poker...
